Across the Nile

You probably know that they pulled the huge stones, but have you ever thought about the Nile. You know the huge river in Egypt. Well what if that got in the way. Thats the role of wooden boats. They normally used reed boats but to carry these ginormas stones they would have to use something stronger. Like wood. These boats were normaly apart of the kings fleet. These medium sized ships carried many stones. How many woud you guess? Well you guessed right huh I really don't know what you guessed but the answer is 5-25 stones. These ships had big masts that weighed almost as much as a stone. You could imagine you standing in front of the great pyramid. With all of the stones still on it. And 5-25 of them being loaded on to these ships. They must have been huge!
